If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of receiving it for a return or exchange. Requests after 14 days won't be accepted.

Cancellations

  • We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. 
  • If your order is canceled successfully before shipping, we will refund you the full money.
  • Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Email us first at service@mscici.com 
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on our products without any quality and shipping issues. 

Non-returnable items:

  • Damage/Loss caused by customers is non-refundable.
  • Customized items are non-refundable.

General Return Process

  • Request a Return – Email service@mscici.com with your order number and photos/videos of the item. Our team will review your request within 2 business days. (Do not return to the original address; we’ll provide the correct one via email.)
  • Ship the Item – If approved, we’ll send you the return address and instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Use a trackable shipping method with a signature, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
  • Refund or Exchange – Once received, we’ll inspect the item within 3-5 business days and issue a refund or send a replacement.
  • 🚫 Shipping labels are not provided.

Return Charge

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item or quality issue), you’ll receive a full refund.
  • If the order is refused at delivery or returned due to an undeliverable address, any return customs fees will be deducted from your refund.
  • No restocking fees apply.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2-3 business days. If you no longer use the original card, please contact us in advance.
  • If you don’t see the refund within 3-10 business days, check your bank account, then contact your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, email us at service@mscici.com.

Regarding Irregular & Excessive Returns

  • The incorrect items sent to us will be discarded upon receipt.

We reserve the rights to solely define, limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • With an irregular or excessive return history, or involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged or missing items, etc.
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
  • In these situations, our team will reach out to discuss the situation and work with you to either resolve the issue or determine if we need to refuse service going forward. While we never want to reject a customer, we must ensure the safety, welfare, and comfort of all our customers across the globe.
